Who is eligible for non-profit discounts?

Librato offers a 50% discount to US nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation or non-US charities that hold the equivalent, recognized, charitable status as defined in their countries.

Discounts are available to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals. Religious organizations and political advocacy organizations are not eligible.

Organizations that are considered eligible have a mission to benefit the local community by:

• Providing relief to the poor
• Advancing education
• Improving social welfare
• Preserving culture
• Preserving or restoring the environment
• Promoting human rights
• Establishment of civil society

Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive discounts.
